In very close association with the Vulnerability Analysis and as a logical extension, GMA continues the process to include Crisis Management / Consequence Mitigation Planning because if a vulnerable area becomes compromised, the Company would very likely find itself in some kind a serious (“crisis”) position. This could include everything from escalated workplace violence to pandemics to catastrophic events. Practically every element of sound security Planning becomes involved in these kinds of circumstances.

Our Senior Security and Safety Analyst works with senior investigative team members to conduct a total review of the clients' property, factory, plant, company facility or other entities. The team analyzes physical security, personal/personnel security, policies and procedures, written guidance, location and relationship to the surrounding neighborhood, threat and risk assessment, and compliance with State and Federal laws.

All written reports are designated "Company Sensitive" and consist of observations and recommendations provided to the client to better enhance the overall security posture of affected site(s).
